Wales prop Jenny Davies attended a Women's Rugby World Cup
2010 Disciplinary Hearing in Guildford on 22 August after being
cited for stamping contrary to law 10.4b during her team's
match against Australia on 20 August.
Having considered all of the evidence, IRB Judicial Officer
Jeremy Summers (England) regarded it as a mid-range offence and
because of mitigating factors suspended the player for three
matches.
The player will not be considered for selection for
Wales' next three matches in the Women's Rugby World Cup
2010.
The player has 48 hours to appeal.
