This week New Zealand won their third IRB Junior World
Championship by beating Australia 62-17 in the final in Rosario,
which got many of you talking in the world of social media.
The only side to have won the coveted title since its
inception in 2008, Dave Rennie's Baby Blacks had double reason
to celebrate in Argentina as wing Julian Savea was also announced
as the IRB Junior World Player of the Year.
"Awesome effort from our future stars, hopefully we will
see some of them graduate like Zac Guildford and Aaron Cruden for
Rugby World Cup 2011" said one member of the
Rugby World Cup Facebook page, Chris Lane. "Look out world, here we come."

This weekend the ANZ Pacific Nations Cup takes centre stage as the 2010 tournament reaches its climax in Apia and you can watch both matches, Japan v Tonga and Fiji v Samoa, LIVE on the IRB website on 26 June.

Rugby World Cup
This week the biggest talking point on the
RWC Facebook page was the announcement that Rugby World Cup matches will be
broadcast on US network television for the first time with NBC
Sports and Universal Sports having been awarded the exclusive
rights to the 2011 tournament in New Zealand and the 2015
tournament in England.
"Obviously this is great news. Rugby is growing pretty
fast here in the US at the moment and in my opinion rugby is the
best sport to watch in the world. This announcement is very
exciting and it gets better every year," said Lean Sadie.

which was also uploaded to the

IRB Sevens World Series
This week we posted two videos on the SWS Facebook page and you can also see both on the IRB YouTube channel.
You voted to see the 'Seven of the Best Tries' from Las Vegas, and we also uploaded a highlights video from the match between Argentina and Brazil women played in Rosario during the JWC.
