WRWC daily diary: 11 September

The next segment of our Daily Diary from the IRB Women's Rugby World Cup featuring some little snippets of news and a few interesting facts and figures about the tournament.

* Sarah Corrigan of Australia will become the first women to take charge of a Women's RWC semi final match when she blows the whistle for the England v Canada semi final at Ellerslie Rugby Park on Tuesday at 17:00 local time.

* The declared 22-woman squads are now coming in for the semi-finals and other playoff matches on Tuesday. Click here to see the team lists for New Zealand v France, England v Canada, Scotland v Ireland, Australia v USA, Samoa v South Africa and Spain v Kazakhstan.

* For semi finals day at Ellerslie Rugby Park on Tuesday there will be some designated 'FanZones' for supporters of Canada, New Zealand, France and England on the bern.

There will also be a number of giveaways on the bern, including signed jerseys by some of the semi finalists. However to be in with a chance of winning these you have to be on the bern.

* Team Canada will be announcing their team to face England in a repeat of the 2002 Women's RWC semi final at a press conference at 3pm at the Clansmen Rugby Club.
